About Us

The Foundation for Advancing Wellness, Instruction and Talents, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization which aims to improve health, education and creative capacity of differently-abled persons through research and capacity building.

Objectives

• To promote the health, education and creative capacity of children and adolescents in need of special protection and other differently-abled persons.
• To assist organizations and communities in the development of programs for providing care to children and adolescents in need of special protection and other differently-abled persons.
• To contribute to the development of research that will contribute to early detection of and intervention for developmental delays.

What We Do

Foundation AWIT is active in the development of teaching-learning materials that integrate education, health and the arts. Research and capacity building are the major concerns of the Foundation.

Who We Are

The foundation was established in memory of Awit Nadera (July 10, 2002 - December 13, 2006) who had hearing impairment, seizure disorder and global developmental delay.
